Maintain cloud systems to ensure continuous service availability
Perform advanced monitoring, including capacity planning and identifying vulnerabilities that could cause system outages
Fix bugs and patch vulnerabilities in the system
Improve availability by enhancing system resilience, reducing downtime, and minimizing single points of failure
Optimize performance to improve cloud system efficiency, such as faster processing, quicker response times, and reduced latency
Implement new features by upgrading versions to support new functionalities or integrating plugins to enhance system features
Provide Tier-2 support to resolve issues that the NOC cannot fix
Deploy new services that have been thoroughly evaluated
Implement managed services that require on-site installation at customer locations

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing IT projects, including project planning, client management, quality assurance, and resource and budget control
Knowledge of system analysis and IT infrastructure architecture, including Unix operating systems, networking, security concepts, etc.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and leadership skills
Experience in leading teams and planning/organizing work (e.g., Technical Leader, Project Leader, Project Manager, Team Leader)
Enjoy working in a team environment
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Good personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to customers
